Want a way to support your students learning about King Charles III and the coronation in a different way? (We do also have traditional colouring sheets and puzzles too!) King Charles III and Technology Powerpoint: This is the perfect lesson/ assembly resource to help your students learn both about our new King but also how his coronation is linked to computing. It looks at the changes across history, the skills of computing and includes resources and clear instructions for a further 2 computing curriculum linked activities. Design your own emblem lesson: This computing lesson teaches students all about the King’s new coronation emblem and covers the curriculum objectives: Computing: use software to design and create content that accomplish given goals. D&T: use research and develop design criteria to inform the design of innovative, functional, appealing products that are fit for purpose, aimed at particular individuals or groups, generate, develop, model and communicate their ideas through discussion, annotated sketches, cross-sectional and exploded diagrams, prototypes, pattern pieces and computer-aided design.
